B. URL Shortener

You may shorten links for easier sharing. The following additional rules apply:

  • You must not use the short links to redirect to malicious or misleading content.

  • We may monitor and remove shortened URLs that violate our Terms or are flagged by third-party safety tools.

  • We may disable links deemed harmful, spammy, or deceptive without notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for content you submit or link to via LFT.fit.

6. Paid Plans and Billing

Some features are accessible via paid plans. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring billing via your selected payment method.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time or partial subscription periods unless legally required.

  • You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All LFT.fit branding, software, and non-user-generated content are our property or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks, designs, or source code without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Misuse of the platform.

  • Downtime or service interruptions.

  • Loss of data or profits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.
